(TSXV: LEGY) (the “Company” or “Legacy Gold”) is pleased to announce that on April 15, 2026, it completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of C$10.0 million (the “Private Placement”). In connection with the Private Placement, the Company issued 33,333,333 common shares (the “Common Shares”) at a price of C$0.30 per Common Share.
