Legacy Gold Mines Ltd. (TSXV: LEGY) (the “Company” or “Legacy Gold”) announces it has increased the maximum potential amount of its non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of common shares of the Company (“Common Shares”) announced on February 23, 2026, and previously increased on March 16, 2026. The Company now intends the Private Placement to consist of up to 25,000,000 Common Shares at a price of C$0.30 per share for gross proceeds of up to C$7.5 million.
