Legacy Gold Mines Ltd. (TSXV: LEGY) (the “Company” or “Legacy Gold”) announces that it has increased the maximum potential amount of its non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of common shares of the Company (“Common Shares”) originally announced on February 23, 2026, and subsequently increased on March 16 and 20, 2026. The Company now intends the Private Placement to consist of up to 30,000,000 Common Shares at a price of C$0.30 per share for gross proceeds of up to C$9.0 million.
