Legacy Gold Mines Ltd. (TSXV: LEGY) (the “Company” or “Legacy Gold”) announces that it has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of common shares of the Company (“Common Shares”), first announced on October 28, 2026, from up to C$3.0 million to up to C$6.0 million. The Private Placement will now consist of up to 8,571,429 Common Shares at a price of C$0.70 per Common Share.
